Clinical Trial Manager - NSW or Queensland
My client, a Global CRO is working on several incredible & innovative studies with a focus on Oncology therapy areas. This inspiring organisation is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join their dedicated team of professionals that support the development of life-saving treatments for patients.
As CTM you will be responsible for leading a team of CRA
Responsibilities include:
Manage CRAs, ensuring all staff are trained to complete their job responsibilities
Participating in the selection and onboarding process for new clinical staff by conducting candidate reviews and participating in the interviewing process.
Managing the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation of work product.
Experience Required:
At least 2 year's experience in a similar role within Australia
Line Management experience
Experience working within a CRO, and experience within Clinical Research
Fantastic communication skills
Ability to problem solve and work in a busy environment
Drive and ambition
Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP Guideline
