JOB DESCRIPTION

The Regulatory Affairs Department is looking for an International Regulatory Affairs Officer for Japan.

Mission : 

  • Management of regulatory activity
  • Preparation of registration dossiers and answers to questions from the authorities
  • Preparation of requests for consultations with the Japanese authorities (LDCs)
  • Ensure compliance of records with local regulatory requirements
  • Be the privileged interlocutor of the teams of the subsidiary, in particular regulatory, and the teams of the parent company for the products concerned
  • Participation in the strategy of new product development in Japan for the products concerned
  • Member of the Global Regulatory Team (GRT) for the products concerned
  • Contribution to compliance with, in particular, the monitoring of the real-time update of regulatory database

Desired profile /Experience : 

  • Regulatory Affairs pharmacist with 3 to 5 years experience
  • Experience in regulatory submissions for the Japanese market
  • Fluent in French
