Job Details

I-Pharm are partnered with a leading CRO who are looking to hire a Manager CDM Programming who can lead the day-to-day operations for the team, the resources and workload of direct reports. You will be tracking project timelines, budgets, and resource needs. Effectively ensuring delivery across all project requirements. Serving as a key contact for client interactions. Provideing technical leadership across departmental processes and projects. Identifying and participating in the development of needed tools and process improvements to increase efficiencies within the project and the team.Main Responsibilities:
  • Leads staff, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counselling, and separations. Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations. Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime.
  • May perform and/or leads the design, building and testing project databases & edit checks.
  • May performs and/or leads the defining and importing of data into the system.
  • May performs and/or leads the defining, creating and testing of listings for data review and performing programming activities in line with project requirements.
  • Actively works to increase knowledge base and professional skills.
  • Contributes to the creation and validation of reporting tools / standard applications / enhanced processes, and works with IT in troubleshooting, reporting and resolving system issues.
  • Acts as a representative of the department to other divisions.
  • Assists in bidding and business development activities, as required.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of processes, procedures and training for the group.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years previous experience in clinical data management lead role
  • 1+ year of leadership responsibility
