Our client is a world leading research-based pharmaceutical company renowned for pushing the boundaries of medical innovation are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to provide high quality support for the EMEA region.


As a Team Assistant EMEA, Medical Affairs NBG, you will be required
* To provide project and logistics support to the NBG EMEA Medical Affairs team with a particular focus
on AD activities
* Provide diary management support to the VP and Deputy VP EMEA Medical Affairs

What are we looking for?
* Demonstrated team administration experience
* PA/Team assistant experience in medical /marketing with demonstrated working experience
* Excellent office skills, computer literate, including business letter writing, administrative
systems/processes
* Strong demonstrable experience of organising medium to large scale meetings, conferences and
exhibitions essential
* Excellent Office 2010 skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel
* Pharmaceutical industry experience would be an advantage
* Experience working in a product related or marketing environment - advantageous.
* Intermediate presentation and knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in basic
expenses
* Demonstrated team administration experience
