Service Technician

Proclinical is seeking a Service Technician for leading medical supply company located in Dallas, TX.

Must be eligible to work or be a citizen in the US.

Job Responsibility:

• Take a responsibility of company's devices part maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for post-sales activities
• Interact with First Level Support and for technical questions and clarifications
• Timely completion of Repair and Maintenance standard service reports, relevant packages, and other administrative requirements
• Identify problems and work with team members to eliminate those problems for success by making decisions based on technical data
• Occasional visits to international and domestic customers to provide technical support and repair
• Implement needed digital tools to improve service levels and customer experiences
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all levels of Support Services
• Take the necessary product training and be certified
• Take the Full responsibility of Quality Assurance whenever requested by the company
• Support the operational and sales staff
• Maintain the show equipment up to date and in good order
• Participate in joint after-sales service activities, especially group meetings
• Depending on the needs of the company, the employee may be assigned other tasks to the extent of his/her skills and abilities

Skills and Requirements:

• Good market knowledge of the Medical Equipment industry
• Sound technical understanding of medical equipment
• Excellent English communication skills in multicultural environments
• Influencing and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to present complex solutions in clear and simple terms
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload
• Prior work experience in a technical function
• Technical / Engineering degree educated a plus
