THE ROLE

I am working with an independently owned creative medical communications agency that are experts in providing evidence based behavioural communications to facilitate life-changing insights. First established in 2009, this company are well versed in providing quality healthcare advertising and medical education that are driving impactful communications through a diverse range of projects. With a highly recognizable pharmaceutical client base, this company are paving the way for healthcare communications.

This company are looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager to be apart of integrated team and grow within a progression and supportive accounts development program. Candidates must be based within commuting distance to Richmond, UK as this role with be on a hybrid basis.

The key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Managing the daily organization of accounts within a medical communication agency and ensure all client requirements are met to the highest standards
• Manage the budget requirements within a timely manner to all the project needs and requirements
• Coordinate scheduled activities and ensure resources are used appropriately while still managing the existing workflow
• Being the main coordinator for project management including daily sign offs, appropriate project briefings and continuous staff development and training

To be successful at interview candidates considered should have the following:

• Life science degree education
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing accounts within a medical communication or healthcare advertising organization
• Confident ability to implement and understand the processes within a medical communications agency and be able to complete tasks that meet the standards of the organization
• Dynamic, creative and organized person that has a strong ability to contribute to the successful and efficient managing of all sized pharmaceutical accounts
