Warehouse Operator

Proclinical are recruiting a Warehouse Operator for a biotech corporation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Limerick. The client is focused on providing solutions that might have the possibility of curing those who suffer from serious illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance and business improvements for written processes, SOPs, etc.
• Assist/partake in the team's efficiency in meeting operational needs of warehousing and distribution establishments.
• Discuss in an efficient and reassuring manner with all shareholders.
• Guarantee that the delivery schedule is upheld and promptly alert the supply chain manager if a delay occurs or is likely to occur.
• You will uphold inventory dossiers and documentation to assure precise record keeping for all resources.
• Support in material impact evaluations, change requests, timetabling or any other supply chain linked meetings, as well as purchasing of materials.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Acquaintance with warehouse and supply chain duties within a pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar organisation would be ideal.
• Exhibits a can-do mindset.
• Experience with the needs of a regulated warehouse.
• Customer services capabilities with both internal and external shareholders.
• A high attention to detail, precise data entry and documentation abilities.
