SAP Ariba Helpdesk Analyst, EMEA
Hatfield / Some remote working - 1 week per month working from home

Our client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking a knowledgeable Ariba Helpdesk Analyst to be responsible for providing end user support to the EMEA business for the Ariba SLP, Contracting & Sourcing Modules.

Responsibilities:
* Act as an ambassador / Designated Support Contact (DSC), for Ariba across EMEA Affiliate companies.
* Support the end user community queries (raised via ServiceNow Ticketing system) with queries within defined SLA's & KPI's
* Recommend plans for improving tool usage/value
* Implement approved change requests following approval from the Change Control Board
* Perform product and user acceptance testing as needed
* Responsible for promoting compliant use of Ariba throughout Eisai EMEA
* Act as an administrator of the Ariba solution, including user profile administration, monthly exchange rates update & template maintenance
* Responsible for updating training documentation and supporting training as required

Experience required:
* Demonstrated experience of SAP Ariba in a similar support role
* Working knowledge of the Ariba Source to Contract or Ariba Buying software package
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information succinctly and concisely
* Excellent time-management skills
* Ability to effectively engage with all levels of a global organization
* Business focused individual with strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
* Self-starter, able to work comfortably without set processes
