Job responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary administrator of the company’s recognition programs, i.e., 401K Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Prepares reports regarding compensation and administration of 401K Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Prepares compensation or benefit survey input.
• Responsible for overseeing the job evaluation request process and administers the company job code table within the HRIS.
• Prepares presentations on behalf of the team, including BOD compensation committee materials.
• Maintains project logs.
• Responsible for updating Total Rewards reference information on the company’s intranet.
• Provides miscellaneous administrative support for the department.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma, or equivalent, plus 2 to 3 years’ experience providing human resources or administrative support, or a Bachelor Degree in a Human Resource area or related degree.
• Familiarity with an HRIS system is preferred.
• Requires strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of employees.
• Must have solid ability to organize and prioritize work to meet frequent deadlines.
• Strong customer services skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
