Our Client is an Australian biotechnology success story, transforming molecular diagnostics globally with their proprietary molecular diagnostics technology. The Client's unique diagnostic solutions provide hospitals and pathology laboratories the ability to screen for a wide array of infectious pathogens with a high degree of specificity, and with rapid high throughput. The Opportunity
You will be an outstanding commercially experienced Product Manager with a comprehensive understanding of product development and promotion across the full product lifecycle - from conception to obsoletion.

• Inform and support the development and delivery of global product strategies and marketing plans.
• Contribute across the product development lifecycle, assessing product feasibility and performance in context with customer needs, business requirements and the competitive landscape.
• Develop and grow a network of key opinion leaders and alpha-testing partners.
• Manage product pricing and forecasting.
• Support internal stakeholders by helping to develop technical resources, content and educational material for products in your diagnostic portfolio.

Position Requirements

• Ability to thrive working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
• Customer and results-focused attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for leadership.
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent knowledge in molecular biology.
• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare or life sciences sales and/or marketing.
• Experience working in product management.
• Strong understanding of the molecular diagnostics market. Knowledge of infectious disease diagnostics is advantageous.
