My client is an award-winning strategic consultancy firm. They create innovative strategies and inspirational people solutions for Pharma and Biotech business leaders.

This is an exciting time to join them as the business is growing better and quicker than expected. They are now looking to hire a couple of senior consultants to join their core growing team.

Both of the Co-Founders share over 40 years of experience, they spent many years in big corporates. They loved the work but didn't enjoy the rigidity of the cultures. Looking for a highly talented and passionate brand & innovation strategist with the ability to use innovative approaches to help clients engage and connect more powerfully with the world around them to drive successful brand and innovation strategies for some of the world's leading pharma and biotech companies.

Job Requirements:

• Degree Educated (Life Science preferred)
• Background in a commercial strategy role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solution-focused - suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
• Able to lead a team effectively and manage upwards
• Good Financial & commercial acumen
• Through knowledge of pharma regulations
