Job Details

I am searching for a specialist in Computer Vision for a client developing sub-cellular imaging technology.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform primary analysis on Sub-Cellular Microscopy Images
  • Use your expert Computer Vision, Deep Learning skills to develop novel vision systems to detect anomalies, classify images and filter images to detect very small biological signals (Gene Expression etc.- RNA Transcripts, Amino Acids)
  • Work at the forefront of technology, working with specialist teams to meet deadlines

Your Profile 

 

  • PHD (or MSC with significant experience) 
  • Very good understanding of FISH, Microscopy, analysis of sub-cellular signals
  • Big Data experience (terabytes)
  • Computer vision eg. Scikit-Image, Open CV
  • Machine Learning / Deep Learning 
  • Hardware accelerators (GPUs)

Candidates from Life Sciences, Automotive, Astronomy with relevant computer vision experience are preferred.

This role is onsite initially, based near Cologne with the option to work hybrid (1/4-8 weeks onsite) once fully trained in their novel technology.
