Exclusive - AD/Snr CPM - Small Biotech - Homebased UK

Proclinical are working Exclusively with a small Biotech looking for a highly experienced project manager to join a very but rapidly growing team in an exciting innovative biotech. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Guide predicting and current management of investigational medicinal product and clinical trial connected supplies.
• Collaborate with the clinical trial assistant to guarantee trial master file is prompt for inspection.
• Form study milestones and assure precise tracking and documenting of study metrics and timelines to clinical project team.
• You will recognise risks, provide mitigation methods to assist with successful execution.
• To develop clinical operation tools, templates and procedures, you will contribute to clinical operations initiatives and programs.
• The ideal candidate will train junior clinical project managers as the team expands.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Requirements:

• Oncology experience essential.
• Excellent financials and overall package.
• Small team.
• Fully homebased (office is open if you would like to go in).
• Extensive pipeline.
• Unique studies.
• AD level - 10+ years study management.
• Snr CPM - 7-10 years study management.
• Sponsor/ CRO oversight experience essential.
