A Biotech company focusing on rare Disease are looking for a Medical Affairs Strategy Lead to join them for a remote role based in Europe.

This position is Freelance/Contract vacancy . We are specifically looking for candidates with Rare Disease and Medical Affairs experience

You will develop and execute on the Medical Affairs Therapeutic Area Strategy and Plan for Benelux, aligned to the European strategy during the development, submission, launch, and subsequent ongoing life cycle-driven revisions of and commercialisation with key responsibilities to include:

Responsibilities:

• Landscape mapping, identifying centres of treatment, experience and excellence.
• Identify key individual HCPs, whether academics, investigators, or treaters, and understand their level of current scientific involvement with the client and its partners, according to Engagement Schema.
• Elucidating national healthcare infrastructure and referral networks with diagnosis, management and treatment.
• Articulating locally held clinical and scientific concepts, and comparting these to Europe regional practices and norms.
• Liaison with the clients Hub and with local Access colleague to ensure independent but aligned activities.

Requirements:

- Experience with Rare disease

- Medical Affairs experience

- Remote role situated in Europe but willingness to travel to Europe when required

- Experienced with the Benelux Market
