Our client is looking for a Junior Designer to help the Digital and Design Team at this prestigious healthcare communications agency deliver innovative and stand out designs. They are a forward-thinking healthcare communication company specialised in innovative and immersive omniverse centred engagement experiences for healthcare professionals.

  • Up to 8% matched pension contribution (NEST pension scheme)
  • 25 days’ holiday, a day off on your Birthday and 3 days off over the Christmas period annually. Following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period:
  • Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus of 10%
  • Summer Fridays – 16:00 finish every Friday during July and August
  • £200 per person wellness allowance; goes up to £500 after 3 years’ service 
  • Flexible working

Candidates must have: 

  • Proven track record of success in the same and/or similar role 
  • Design-based PowerPoint skills and UX experience
  • Experience in a healthcare communications space and/or the pharmaceutical industry
  •  A creative flair and passion for graphic design
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
  •  HTML and CSS experience (Desirable)
  • E-learning design knowledge or experience (Desirable)
