We are currently looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Facilities Assistant to support the team in our Munich office (full time, permanent role).

As a Receptionist, you typically will...

Greet visitors and keep our visitor log book
Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls
Book taxi services for visitors and advise on transportation options
Send and collect courier packages
Manage conference rooms bookings and room set-ups including catering
Support the Senior Regional Facilities Manager CEE and their regional projects with administrative tasks
Support other facilities and office coordinators with current local projects
Manage documents (time reports, shipments letters, invoices etc.)
Manage local vendors supporting the Munich office with IT issues, cleaning, office supplies etc.
Liaise with the external property manager as necessary
Maintain an appropriate stock of office supplies, place orders and follow up on deliveries
Manage office access - distribute key cards to new employees, collect keys from leavers, maintaining corresponding records
Support fleet management

Education:
Completed vocational training or university degree e.g. in the hospitality industry, office management, event management etc.
Experience:
Professional experience in a similar position as receptionist, office manager, facilities manager etc.
Business fluency in English and German (both verbal and written)
Computer literate in a MS Windows / MS Office environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a decidedly service-oriented work ethic
Solution-driven, creative and pragmatic team player
