Clinical Application Specialist II - REMOTE

Proclinical is seeking a remote Clinical Application Specialist II for a top pharmaceutical company. This position will provide support to the Global Epidemiology group in Pharmacovigilance & Patient Safety.

Must be eligible to work or be a citizen in the US.

Job Responsibility:

• Contribute to the design and execution of pharmacoepidemiologic studies including those using large insurance claims and electronic health records databases, support characterization of descriptive epidemiology for diseases and indications, contribute to regulatory submissions and responses, and perform literature reviews on topics required for ongoing support and/or development of drugs and devices.

Skills and Requirements:

• MPH or MS with more than 2 years of experience or PhD/MD/PharmD. with experience in the field of epidemiology, outcomes research or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large studies or projects.
• Understanding of epidemiology methods and study design.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in conducting literature searches and summarizing the findings.
• Recent graduates with a PhD looking for their first job in the industry and is ready to explore the different areas of study.
• Someone with a Masters degree who has demonstrated excellence in epidemiology and enjoys performing lit reviews and working on database analyses.
