Job Details

EIT Service Desk Analyst
Hatfield / Some remote working - 1 week per month working from home

Our client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking a single point of contact for all EIT services and provide an exceptional standard of customer service to the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality EIT operational services within agreed service levels.

Tools and equipment used:
* IT Service Management Tool (ServiceNow)
* O365
* Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager
* Active Directory
* VMWare tools
* Mobile Devices (iOS)
* Mobile Device Management Systems (MobileIron)

Qualifications and education required:
* Degree qualified desirable preferably in Computer Science or IT discipline
* Microsoft 365 Certifications or relevant experience
* Virtual Desktop technology (VM Ware) certifications or relevant experience
* ITIL certified (Foundation minimum)

Skills and aptitude required:

  • Degree qualified desirable preferably in Computer Science or IT discipline
  • Microsoft 365 Certifications or relevant experience
  • Virtual Desktop technology (VM Ware) certifications or relevant experience
  • ITIL certified (Foundation minimum).
  • Experience of delivering IT support following ITIL Best Practice Framework
  • Excellent understanding of IT technologies and support processes
  • Experience of dealing with service providers
