Job responsibilities
• Designs, delivers and maintains sales effectiveness training
• Incorporates a suite of sales enablement tools like for internal BD users across the Syneos Enterprise
• Designs and delivers all learning methods including virtual, in person, instructor led
• Designs job aids workshops and virtual learning pathways.
• Represents Global Sales Training on all working teams related to adoption and support.
• Ensures that the training produced and delivered is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of audiences



What we’re looking for
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience developing and delivering training content
• Understanding of Challenger sales methodology
• Ability to identify gaps in business processes and training, and develop training to meet the business needs
• Ability to participate in/lead cross-functional teams to perform detailed needs analyses to identify training priorities, interview SMEs, and work with existing external technology partners to create structured learning objectives, create original content, and build assessments
• The ability to articulate the approach to the training they create, as well as explain the specific advantages of using different types of media as part of the training
• The ability to deliver training in a broad range of mediums including virtual and in-person instructor-led training, e-Learning, job aids, and/or train the trainer workshops
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications - Preferred
• Lifelong learner who assimilates new information quickly and can use their design and communication abilities to quickly untangle complex concepts and build a learner's skills
• Existing proficiency with and related applications (e.g. - WalkMe and creating TrailHead learning paths)
• Ability to create learning experiences in social learning platforms (i.e. - MOOCs)
• Ability to identify, vet and help select external training and technology partners
• CRO/CCO experience
