Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role you lead and coordinate activities related to above areas.
• You represent your area as a team member within the respective development teams.
• As project team member you ensure (together with your line function) the timely delivery of DP work packages and project support according to our project objectives, timelines and costs.
• Furthermore, you support the timely generation of high-quality data, presentations and reports including the respective documentation for regulatory filings (IND/BLAs.).
• You not only nurture excellent communication to stakeholders but also an exceptional collaboration with our interfaces.
• Whilst supervising students / Post Docs you identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies for formulation (and process) development or related virus analyses.
• You constantly contribute to the improvement of our team’s collaboration, processes and the “BI safe” concept principles.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree with several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a sound track record of publications, alternatively master’s degree with several years of professional expertise
• Strong background in one of the above therapeutic areas
• Leadership skills and experience in leading projects in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills paired with the ability to respond to changing priorities and short timelines
• Ability to identify problems and to work effectively towards innovative solutions
• Communication talent with profound skills in technical writing and -documentation in English, German is an advantage
