If you are a Maintenance and Calibration expert with a passion to create a global strategy and culture for reliable operations, using computerized maintenance management systems and predictive analytics, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team. By continuously improving the baseline of Maintenance, Calibration performance and compliance you support a reliable supply of our innovate animal health products.

Tasks & responsibilities

• As Maintenance Compliance & Strategy Manager you will be responsible for Maintenance Strategy & Compliance. Therefore you develop and implement maintenance & calibration strategy for the Global Supply AH (GSAH) network to safeguard the reliability of GSAH assets.
  
• You work closely with GSAH sites to set ambitious targets and develop continuous improvement plans for maintenance & calibration.
  
• Furthermore, you work with GSAH sites and other Business Unit engineering organizations to foster a network of collaboration around maintenance & calibration topics.
  
• In addition, you interact closely with Global Supply Strategy and executive AH leadership to support translation and measurement of maintenance & calibration initiatives for overall BIAH performance.
  
• Moreover, you represent BIAH as Divisional Management System Owner and within Corporate working groups for maintenance & calibraiton.
  
• Through your connections in the global network, you support the talent development activities at GSAH sites and ensure that talented engineers are visible to Global Supply Leadership.
  
• With your excellent communication skills, you are able to build consensus among diverse cultures, functions and leadership levels to develop a common global mindset.
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Science or Business
  
• Several years of professional experience in Engineering, Maintenance, and Calibration fields
  
• First experience in Leadership and experience with managing project teams or small teams, demonstrating continuous improvement success
  
• Automation / digital native with significant experience in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  
• Experience in coaching and training of employees
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additional language skills in German, French, Portuguese or Chinese are an asset
