Hobson Prior are currently looking for an IPV Affairs Compliance Associate Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical corporation on a contract basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the UK. Our client is focused on manufacturing high-quality pharmaceuticals that benefit many globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will direct and/or contribute as a specialised function in regional or international projects for areas of knowledge to streamline and optimise PV operations.
  • You will own and arrange quality investigations and linked records for IPV.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a member of the international IPV affairs team.
  • Collaborate with IPV affairs members across regions to guarantee an international continuous approach for IPV.
  • Uphold oversight of IPV owned records and guarantee accomplishment and closure of records in a timely manner.
  • You will serve as an ambassador of the Office of the chief medical officer culture and vision.
  • When needed, you will assist with acquisitions and divestitures for IPV.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Task focused with familiarity in distributing high-quality work in a team.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a medical, pharmaceutical or natural science discipline with work experience in a pharmaceutical organisation in pharmacovigilance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a role within pharmacovigilance, ideally at least 6-8 years of pertinent work experience.
  • Shareholder management and deliberation abilities.
  • Comprehension of vigilance systems and procedures.
  • Expertise on global pharmacovigilance and compliance guidelines and regulations would be beneficial.
  • Exhibits acumens in the development of regulatory needs with expertise of international facets of drug/cosmetics/devices safety, which involves global reporting needs and pertinent country-specific variations.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Willing to travel for business needs up to 25% of the time.
