I am partnered with a global pharmaceutical company on a brand-new role within their senior leadership team. They are going through an exciting growth phase as a business and are looking for the above individual as part of their transformation journey.

As part of their growth phase this opportunity will give you the chance to build out and lead a team of people within Health Outcomes and value strategies across Europe.

They are seeking a senior individual with significant experience leading teams of people in HEOR and Market Access that wants to be an influential part of a European Senior Leadership Team having direct involvement in the launch of innovative therapies across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Create, build, and lead a team of HEOR and Market Access professionals across Europe, collaborating with other senior leaders to foster a more collaborative and cross functional environment Overseeing and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the above team Designing and ensuring execution of regional evidence strategies, plans and tactics. Leading all projects within regional HEOR and Access including, evidence generation strategies and ensuring all are met on time to the correct budget  Work in collaboration with local, global, and regional teams internally as part of the matrix infrastructure to secure resources and project funding. Representing the company in all internal and external collaborations and engagements with KOL’s, stakeholders and key decision makers Managing budgets and resources for EU projects You will be responsible for ensuring that the companies prioritized products have a complete evidence generation plan and strategy to go to market. This will involve working within a very collaborative and multichannel environment providing timely and efficient results in this space.

Required Qualifications

• 8 + years leading Market Access, HEOR and Evidence Generation activities (They require someone who has experience in two of the above-mentioned areas across Europe) Experience in an industry position of at least 4 years Experience of European projects from a regional point of view NOT a global point of view Demonstrated experience leading a matrix organization / leadership team Understanding and hands on knowledge of the drug discovery process Senior level education in a scientific discipline e.g., epidemiology, health economics, public health

Desirable Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree in Health Economics e.g., PHD Experience directly in payer evidence / research Experience of launching products through the entire lifecycle High value portfolio experience
