Senior Market Research Manager

An exciting contract opportunity for a Market Research Manager with a global software developer (over 5M subscribers worldwide) at their UK headquarters in London. Flexible hybrid working.

• Responsible for completing different research tasks and analyzing raw data, conducting assessments, surveys, and other research to obtain valuable information on the market in which companies operate.
• Create detailed research reports and generate conclusions based on your findings.
• Conduct in-person, telephone, and online assessments to gather opinions on the products and services offered by the companies.
• Analyze customer preferences to determine potential sales of a product or service.

Experience

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 5 years of specific research roles. (Ideally B2C tech industry experience)
• Significant experience and evidence of turning research outcomes into actionable insights to drive business strategy and positive (measured) outcomes
• Experience with a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies such as 1:1 interviews, focus groups, surveys, conjoint, segmentation, max diff, etc.
• Experience in brand metric and perception modeling and examples of creating actionable insights using data points.
