Validation Specialist/Qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will serve as an SME for the specific validation actions as outlined by the Qualification and Calibration Manager.
• Produce, peer evaluate and approve of technical documentation.
• Recognise and execute consistent improvement initiatives to guarantee a lean way of working.
• You will partake in the upkeep of validation master plans.
• Responsible for the provision of data to assist divisional KPIs.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Works well in a team.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a science or engineering field.
• Familiarity working within a manufacturing organisation.
• A history of working within a pharmaceutical establishment would be ideal.
• Acquaintance working within an international matrixed establishment with various shareholder management.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Prior involvement in the implementation of qualification and validation studies.
• Comprehension of specific validation actions as outlined by the validation manager as well as of quality risk assessment principles and tools and their implementation throughout a risk-based qualification lifecycle.
• Ability to analyse a variety of raw data types to provide clear reasons and goal bases results.
• Proficient in producing and evaluating technical documentation.
• Comprehension of the qualification/validation lifecycles, present regulatory needs and industry direction/standards affiliated with validation actions.
• Eager to self-learn and develop their level of experience and knowledge.
