Job Details
As a Clinical Trial Manager you will be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients; with whom ICON shares a culture of innovation, flexibility and a common vision of bringing life-improving drugs to market. We are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to join one of our sponsor-dedicated teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the delivery of all clinical aspects of the study
- Oversee the clinical portion of the budget
- Develop monitoring plans & tools
- Train CRAs
- Drives enrolment and study start-up activities
- Review trip reports
- Implements corrective and preventative action plans
- Contact with the sponsor, vendors & cross-functional teams
- Identifies & mitigate risks that may impact clinical delivery
- Provides reporting & metrics on all clinical activities
- Participate in sponsor, investigator and bid defense meetings
You will need:
- Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study
- Prior monitoring experience is needed
- Fluent in French and English, both written & verbal
