Hobson Prior are looking for a Vaccines Product Manager to join a brilliant biotech establishment on a permanent basis located in Frankfurt with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on acknowledging serious illnesses internationally through finding, developing and distributing novel vaccines.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will supervise competitive action to guarantee the organisation is kept level of new developments in the marketplace at the country level.
  • Work alongside the sales training team to develop training materials.
  • Collaborate with international and regional marketing to develop and implement the campaigns and communication tactics, which involves digital and new technologies.
  • Participate in the development of tactical integrated marketing plans across shareholder groups which involves patients, pharmacists, physicians, etc.
  • Discuss with thought leaders to comprehend on-going treatment landscape, notifying crucial commercial decisions.
  • You will produce consumer methods, disease awareness campaigns, and advertising.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement peer to peer speaker programs or handle congress methods and implementation.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

  • Capable of thinking strategically.
  • Able to handle implementation details.
  • Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.


  • At least 5 years of experience in a vaccines product management role with at least 3 years of experience of in-line brand methodical and strategical marketing.
  • Educate to a degree level in a business or similar field.
  • Expertise in sales training and sales force engagement.
  • Familiarity with working with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical in a solutions -based collaboration.
  • Willing to travel for business needs up to 25% - 30% of the time.
