Job Details

This position concerns two departments: Planning Community & Supply Chain Coordination. The contractor is involved in many different projects to analyze processes. In addition, this office involves planning with suppliers and the evaluation of data.

The perfect candidate has an education in business informatics and 3 years of experience in supply chain. The person has SAP, fluent German and good English skills. In addition, the candidate is a team player and integrates quickly and smoothly into different teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Business Process Management: (40-50%)

• Identifying, designing and improving business processes in the field of MM

• Continuous improvement of planning and operational purchasing processes, as well as other customers along the supply chain (quality, manufacturing)

• Support in the site project for the sustainable reduction of destruction (write-off squad)

• Support in the creation of a process for medium to long-term monitoring of stock levels

Supply chain coordination: (10-20%)

• Support in the implementation of pilot projects including vendor managed inventory & partial batch delivery, delivery time reduction

• Exchange with suppliers: identification of ad-hoc problems and long-term improvement of cooperation with suppliers

Analytical: (40%)

• Development, maintenance and monitoring of KPIs in the area of Material Planning & SCC

• Creation of analyses in operational purchasing to improve the ordering & warehousing strategy for packaging components: ordering behavior, costs/benefits, lot sizes, stock movements, inventory development, destruction, segmentation, delivery leveling, safety stocks, etc.

• Use of the SAP MRP Monitor Add-on for the analysis and maintenance of master data for the purpose of segmenting the packaging portfolio

Must Haves:

• Training in supply chain or comparable, preferably business informatics with supply chain experience

• Min. 3 years experience in supply chain

• SAP knowledge & IT affinity

• Fluent German knowledge, English - an advantage
