As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts in the French speaking market and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy for the French speaking market Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in the French speaking market Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the company is meeting the needs of clients and delivering high-quality service Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies that may be relevant to our clients Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in the contract research industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successfully driving business development efforts and meeting or exceeding targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed
