Sales Operations Analyst

Labcorp’s National Sales Administration team is in search of a Sales Operations Analyst to support the administration and analytics of our Oncology sales teams. This individual will:
  • Collect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create and deliver reports on sales performance and calculate sales commissions
  • Assist with administration of sales compensation plans
  • Research commission payment or sales discrepancies brought forth by Finance or Sales and resolve issues timely and accurately
  • Administer and calculate performance on sales contests
  • Conduct monthly zip code updates based on instructions from Sales leadership and territory adjustments as needed
  • Create consolidated views of sales opportunity and jeopardy pipelines
  • Create and maintain dashboards that summarize sales performance
  • Work with Sales leadership to develop metrics that determine pipeline health
  • Collaborate with reimbursement team to identify and explain variances from reported revenue to commissionable revenue
  • Provide support to sales leadership and representatives to answer questions,
  • Identify areas for standardization and improvement
  • Prepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reports

Skill Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business administration, business management, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, Cognos, Salesforce.com (Tableau CRM, a plus), preferred working knowledge of VBA, SQL
  • Knowledge of Labcorp systems (1100, LCBS, DataMart) would be helpful
  • Knowledge of the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals and managed care a plus
  • Working knowledge of performing sales commission calculations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with various departments within Labcorp
  • Outstanding detail-oriented organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
