EMEA Regulatory Affairs Manager - EU Wide

Our client is a global leader within the agricultural inputs sector who have a strong focus on developing new and innovative technologies. They are currently looking for and experience Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their high performing and dynamic team.

This would be the ideal opportunity for someone with a background in an agrochemical consultancy or generics/off-patent agrochemical company who wants to broaden their scope in the registrations process. You will be getting involved in early phase development of new actives which will give you a new perspective on the life cycle of the product offering a new challenge allowing you to continue to grow your skillsets.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strong regulatory strategies in line with company objectives for your assigned portfolio of actives. This will not just be for Europe but covering Non-EU geographical regions offering quite a lot of responsibility. But don't worry, this company has a high level resources through external support coupled with a very collaborative team that will help you achieve your best.

It's not on the team that is dynamic, you will have an exceptional amount of contact with various stakeholders both internally and externally to the business. As the project manager for your actives, you will be working closely with development teams, regulatory scientists, sales & marketing, associations, joint task forces and authorities just to name a few. This offers a very varied and diverse working environment that that will change day to day that will keep things interesting.

Key Requirements:

  • Around 5 to 10 years' experience working to 1107/2009
  • A proven track record of managing registration dossiers for submissions and/or renewals
  • Experience within the wider EMEA Regulatory context would be beneficial
  • A background within, or expert knowledge of, Risk Assessment is highly valued
  • Strong project management experience
  • Educated to MSc or PhD Level within an associated discipline
  • A professional level of English

  • Location: Any European Office (Germany, France, Romania, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, Russian Federation, Netherlands, Austria, United Kingdom, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Switzerland)
  • Home Working: Hybrid or Full Time available on a case by case basis.
  • Salary: Dependant on Experience and Location
