Medical Manager- Immunology (Croatia & Slovenia)

Hobson Prior are looking for a Medical Manager - Immunology to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Zagreb or Ljubljana. Our client operates in both Rare/Orphan disease and Immunology and is gearing up for a big push in Immunology in 2023. The role will see the candidate covering both Croatia and Slovenia and therefore fluency in both Croatian and Slovenian is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• For the role of Medical Manager-Immunology, you will be accountable for achieving high ethical values in the expansion and distribution of pertinent supplies and activities, by warranting compliance with the appropriate Codes of Practice.
• Act as a medical source for the Company, operating cross-functionally to support company tactics.
• You will represent medical affairs outwardly, maintaining peer level relations with HCPs as needed to meet company's educational, insight and evidence generation needs, involving at international scientific meetings.
• Progress and sustain scientific and medical expertise (for relevant therapy areas and products).
• Offer support for Investigator Initiated Studies.
• The ideal candidate will contribute to the management of company supported Phase IV studies.
• Add expertise to the management of publication plans.
• Deliver medical input into content development and outputs for medical and marketing/brand materials and activities.
• You will be responsible for offering therapeutic area knowledge and clinical perspective for Croatia and Slovenia
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• You must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation communication skills for this role. (FLUENCY IN BOTH CROATIAN AND SLOVENIAN)
• It is essential for you to be able to operate with a level of autonomy and self-sufficiency.
• Profound understanding of local compliance and regulatory necessities and be able to implement a quality improvement mindset to internal processes.
• Possess excellent analytical skills, exhibited by the capacity to recognise and understand moderately complicated issues and problems, and understand information in a manner that offers suitable recommendations to Medical, Marketing, Market access and Sales.
• Proven ability to work competently in cross-functional teams, display awareness of the medical role and propose constructive challenge.
• Deliver clear and concise evaluation of quantitative and qualitative notions; able to utilise multifaceted scientific resources for presentations in an assortment of different settings.
• Capable of planning and prioritising own workload.
• High values and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Preference for an MD or Pharmacist
• Fluent in Croatian and Slovenian
• Experience in Immunology therapy area
• Substantial experience in clinical patient contact and Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Prior experience in operating as part of Medical Affairs team.
• Product launch experience
