Senior Automation Lead

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Senior Automation Lead to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis. Our client is focused on facilitating a healthier environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable to produce or monitor the production of MES/DeltaV recipes such as CIP, SIP, Process, etc., to run the company's productions procedures.
• Write cGMP-compliant documentation such as eMBR, functional specifications, SOP, Software test cases, etc., in collaboration with the Bioprocess engineer, Plant Lead and with MSAT.
• Responsible for improving processes and procedures in compliance with the safety, hygiene, environmental and quality needs within duties.
• Supervising and changing recipes while under change control throughout the start-up, qualification and generation phase and contribute to risk and process aberration analysis.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a pertinent engineering field such as automation, plant, mechanical, etc.
• Knowledge in bioprocess automation such as OT, DeltaV, MES Syncade etc.
• Capable of identifying risks connecting to security or compliance/GMP know-how.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work responsibly with the owned system.
• Fluency in the English language.
