Senior Clinical Project Manager

RBW Consulting are working with a niche mid-size global CRO, who are driven by science and patient success on their studies.

The CRO has been running successfully as a full service CRO for 15 years and is growing rapidly, with their main growth focus being Europe. The main therapeutic focus is on oncology, kidney and metabolic diseases, neurology and cardiovascular in all phases partnering with biotech's and pharma's.

Our partner is not your typical CRO, is a CRO that is focused on the patient rather than the commercial gain of the study and has a team of people that are passionate in Clinical research.

The role would be fully remote role with flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project leadership to the team on the project internal and external
• Vendor management and act as primary contact for vendors on project/s
• Participate in preparation of bid -proposals
• Budget management and review according to timelines created by client
• Responsible for designing and implement study plans according to ensure project deliverables within the timelines
• Provide training on projects where needed to vendors, internal and external teams
• Work closely and collaboratively with other departments
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, SOPs, contracts/agreements, and project plans
• Mentor and train junior team members where needed

What we are looking for

• Life Science or Similar Bachelor's degree
• Strong experience in project management on a global level for at least 3 years
• Experience in working in either of therapeutic areas
• Oncology experience is Preferred
• Knowledge and experience in managing budgets and vendor management
