Senior Clinical Study Manager - Small Oncology Biotech

Proclinical have partnered with an exciting Cell-therapy Biotech based in the oxford area and we are looking for a Senior CSM to come into the small but growing clinical team and help lead our early phase studies.

This role will report directly into the VP of Clinical Operations and you will act as their right hand, both in terms of running the global phase 1 studies and also to help run the small Clinical team.

We are looking for experienced oncology trial managers who can hit the ground running and provide mentoring and support to the more junior trial managers in the team.
Right now is a really exciting time to join as we are seeing the success of the phase 1 trials looking to move into phase 2 next year, while also bringing more studies into the clinical from the pipeline. This Biotech is partnered with a number of leading pharmas and are running global studies right now.

Being based in Oxford we would be looking for someone who can come into the Oxford office twice a week to join the rest of the team and work collaboratively.
Of course Cell therapy experience would be a massive preference but we appreciate it is a new and niche area so Oncology experience is also great!

What you will need:

• 5+ years experience of managing trials.
• Experience managing Oncology and early phase trials.
• Prior experience working in a small company/small team.
• Pharma or Biotech experience preferred - CRO experience working in an outsourced model is acceptable.
• 2 days per week in the Oxford office joining the rest of the team.
