We are currently looking for a Partnership Specialist (PS) and a Senior Partnership Specialist to be homebased in Romania, Poland, or South Africa.

In this role you will be:
  • Responsible for completion of internal and external deliverables to support the infrastructure of strategic partnerships, working independently but collaboratively with account team leadership.
  • Serves as the liaison for study teams across the account for designated non-billable activities which support the partnership.
  • Share knowledge and best practices gained from previous experiences with account team members, as well as with their peer group within PCoE to drive continuous improvement, and consistency / best practices across the Enterprise accounts.


The Senior level role will typically be assigned to larger and more complex Enterprise accounts, and the assignment may include multiple accounts.

Key Accountabilities :
Note: the accountabilities and deliverables vary, depending on the assigned partnership service level, but typically may include:
  • Facilitate the collation of partnership level data from multiple data sources and across study teams to create reporting for internal and external deliverables
  • Create and maintain reporting templates
  • Support development of documents and PowerPoint slides for internal purposes as well as client meetings (e.g., newsletters, study lists, bid defense materials, training documents, lessons learned summaries)
  • Act as primary contact for key deliverables (may include internal and/or client contacts)
  • Support the account team through completion of administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, creating meeting summaries and action lists, distributing and filing key documents
  • Manage access to systems and shared drives
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to study level project specialists on key partnership issues and guidance to other less experienced partnership specialists

Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high first-time quality of work
  • Customer focus and ability to interact professionally with a client organization
  • Extensive computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Clinical Trial Management and EDC systems
  • Proactive approach with ability to work autonomously for assigned account(s), manage multiple and varied tasks across the portfolio and prioritize workload
  • Proficiency working in a matrix team environment
  • Sound problem solving skills and judgement; analytical thinking needed to solve issues in a variety of complex situations


Knowledge and Experience :
  • Relevant multi-year experience in a study Project Specialist role (or equivalent), with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a partnership specialist role, or similar role with experience supporting clinical trials
  • Mentoring experience desired
  • Basic understanding of the clinical trials business and Parexel service offerings

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
  • Intermediate to Advanced English level for non-native English speakers
