Job Details

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Principal Statistician to join a excellent CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely within the UK. Our client is focused on providing novel, high quality, customised biometrics solutions for their clients.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role you will distribute allocated studies guaranteeing quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • You will conduct sample size calculations.
  • Evaluate statistical analysis and programming deliverables such as tables, figures, and listings, which involves validation assistance.
  • Offer statistical contributions to the design and evaluation of protocols and case report forms.
  • The ideal candidate will plan and distribute training for personnel and clients on statistical strategies and principles.
  • Intermittently distribute presentations and handle technical communications with clients.
  • Author and evaluate statistical approach and outcomes segments of reports.

Key Skills:

  • An organised individual.
  • Communications skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a Master's degree level in a statistics or similar discipline.
  • Familiarity working within clinical trials and CROs.
  • Acquaintance with methodological biostatistics.
  • SAS programming capabilities.
  • Fluency in the English language.
