Job Details

Proclinical are recruiting a Lead, EMEA Data Management & Analytics for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely in the UK. The client is focused on helping people who suffer from neurodegenerative illnesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for forming EMEA data governance and tactic.
  • Collaborate with shareholders to outline crucial business queries and outline acumens and analytical approaches to investigate and offer answers/direction to assist in making decisions.
  • Form and uphold dynamic performance dashboards to acknowledge implementational, operational, and performance linked queries.
  • You will distribute and guide routine performance acumens report to senior leadership.
  • Offer quarterly business review framework to integrate and review brand performance across the business.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a mathematics, statistics or similar discipline.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a sales analytics, advanced analytics, or data management role within a pharma/biotech organisation.
  • Comprehension of data integration and master data management.
  • Record of commercial data setting design and upkeep experience.
  • Capable of collaborating with IT on the development of reporting layer in a data warehouse.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Able to guide process from initiation to execution.
  • Competent in developing multifaceted dashboards in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense, etc.
  • Familiar with analysing and visualising data from a variety of commercial data sources.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Analytical, presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Acquaintance with consulting in a previous role.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, novel, work setting while remaining adaptable, proactive, practical and effective.
  • Willing to travel for business needs up to 30% of the time.
