Summary

Oversee personnel, recruitment directives, financial goals, and the overall operations of Accellacare clinical research sites in Germany, Spain, Poland and other EMEA countries as appropriate

Responsibilities

- As a manager, you are expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

- Understand and follow key principles with regards to people leadership, training, functional delivery, quality and operational delivery measurements within Operations at regional/country level.

- Embrace ICON's Own It! Culture and always act as ICON's representative when you interact with teams, Partnerships, Customers and Market Focus

- Day-to-day management and engagement of Accellacare investigator sites and key relationships in Poland, Germany Spain and other EMEA countries as appropriate.

- Serve as a county level subject matter expert with knowledge of the regulatory, ethical and investigator site landscape. This includes close alignment and communication with ICON SMEs and stakeholders

- Management and support of new study opportunities and feasibilities across Accellacare investigator sites to support new and ongoing business. Participate in company and country-wide business development activities, as appropriate and support financial and contractual processes and delivery

- Support key stakeholders, Project Management, site, and internal Operations during study start up, recruitment, maintenance and close out of studies

- Maintain oversight of study and site level performance and drive delivery against performance, revenue, profitability and quality KPIs

- Drive overall delivery at the site and country level, through operational excellence, communication, client satisfaction, quality and efficiencies

- Serve as a country level contact for operational questions and escalations. Assist with managing critical issues on a site and study level

- Work with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in site level relationships, site engagement, site performance and quality by regular interaction with investigator sites and key points of contacts

- Understand the drivers for a corporate culture of diversity and inclusion and incorporate them in your daily interactions with your colleagues

- Understand and be a champion for change and innovation and communicate effectively

- Travel (approximately 30%) domestic or other duties as assigned.
