The Supervisor, Finance Business Partner duties include:

As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
Must have the ability to provide oversight and direction on the cleansings (and/or analyze) large and complex data sets
Take ownership for a broad set of individual deliverables in conjunction to ownership of team objectives
Must be an excellent team player and provide leadership to junior team members.
Individual and team contributor, responsible for their own & others work within their functional area.
Strong communicator and contributor to his/her customer & team (whether manager or project lead).
Perform other reasonably related duties, analysis and special projects as assigned by management team.
Experience, skills & knowledge requirements for the Supervisor, Finance Business Partner are:
- Solid academic record and strong quantitative skills (Qualified Financial Professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA or other relevant financial education).
- 3+ years prior relevant experience in financial analysis or financial planning and analysis
- Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities
- Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate with peers, managers and Business Lead executives.
- Eagerness to learn and develop as an ICON employee and member of the Clinical Research Industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
