This role can be either office based in Poland, Romania, Lithuani a, South Africa or fully home based in any of those countries. The offices are all open planned, and you will be working in an innovative and collaborative environment with your international peers and colleagues.

As the Partnership Training Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for all Partnership related training activities both internally and externally. You will provide support to other Partnership Training Leads/Managers for our partnership training tasks. You will also provide partnership training and compliance awareness support for any audits, inspections, and CAPA/Quality issues.

Key Accountabilities :

Partnership communication and relationships
  • Attend (or lead) partnership training-related meetings and discussions with clients and other stakeholders related to training strategy, and potential challenges.
  • Provide related meeting minutes, where applicable.

Maintenance / Decommission of Training curricula’s and LMS Job Role assignments
  • Work with internal partnership Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)/Management and Client Training representatives to maintain and decommission the Training curriculums at a partnership level.
  • Curricula’s to be reviewed regularly with the SMEs and Client Training representatives, for completeness, effectiveness of trainings and appropriate hours spent on trainings.
  • Providing consultancy and guidance on training related matters to internal and external stakeholders.


Client Training Systems
  • Provide support and guidance for partnership team members to be a ware of and how to access client training systems and their training curriculums


Compliance
  • Agree with the Partnership team the Partnership Training Compliance Metrics to be developed.
  • Complete the creation/production of Partnership Training Compliance Metrics and distribute/communicate according to the partnership needs, including the client where applicable.
  • Using information from Parexel and Client system compliance reports as needed.


Parexel Systems, Processes
  • Maintain a sound familiarity with Parexel systems, related processes and remain informed about developments in relevant regulations and guidelines


Audits/Inspections
  • Provide audit and inspection support, as assigned.
  • This may include: providing assistance/advice for audit/inspection preparation; providing partnership training-related or other input for audits and inspections as assigned; reviewing assigned audit/inspection responses.
  • Provide support for management of quality issues, where assigned.


Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s or MBA a plus
  • English fluency required (written and verbal)


Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to handle highly complex projects/tasks, potentially spanning different SBUs.
  • Substantial previous clinical trials experience, with emphasis on GxP and compliance.
  • Client and quality focused approach to work
  • Ability to effectively interface with clients and internal employees
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexible approach to work assignments and new learning.
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and to demonstrate and foster teamwork within the group as well as across the organization
  • Ability to think and work globally and be culturally aware
  • Ability to remain calm in times of stress
  • IT literate: experienced with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of personal computer functions
  • Ability to travel as needed for the position


Knowledge and Experience :
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry, CRO, Clinical or Medical experience in a training capacity.
  • Previous quality, training development and/or curriculum delivery experience preferred
  • Previous clinical experience would be preferred but not essential
