Our strong capabilities enable us to bring together Patients, Sites and Pharmaceutical organisations to present a unique solution to the cancer trials industry. The Oncacare global site network provides opportunities for patients and oncologists to advance the development of cancer treatments more quickly and efficiently.

The Sites Accountant will have the opportunity to develop their skills in the pharmaceutical industry and to play an important role in driving our organisation towards success. Since we are constantly expanding, we need a Sites Accountant to join our team to perform daily accounting tasks to support our Financial team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serves as liaison between Oncacare and Sites
  • Preparation of site budgets
  • Review site budgets and fully executed contracts between Oncacare and Sites for accuracy and consistency
  • Creation of Statement of Work (SOW) and sending to sites in order to get invoices from sites on time
  • Perform the analysis and forecast of clinical study spending
  • Review invoices to make sure they are according to contract terms
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
  • Creating and maintaining various spreadsheets


To be successful you will need (Qualifications and Skills):

Qualifications and Experience
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Global experience ideally within the pharmaceutical sector

  • Attention to detail with high level of accuracy, timelessness and completeness
  • Assertive and persistent with high degree of flexibility
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills to deal effectively and professionally with obstacles that may arise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality within HIPAA guidelines, patient matters and other confidential information
