We're a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents (4 large sites in Switzerland). This site in Switzerland is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are currently looking for a Global Tech Transfer Biologics MSAT Scientist to provide centralized expert technical support for all network sites as well as overseeing international technology transfers both out of our UK pilot facility, US facilities and site to site in support of the Global Biologics Operations network. Requirements at a glance:

* 4-7+ years of Biotech/Biologics experience
* 3+ years of GMP experience
* 3-7+ years of MSAT USP and/or DSP experience
* 3+ years of Tech Transfer
* English only necessary
* PLUS: Global experience
* PLUS: Client interface experience
* PLUS: German proficiency

Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for the technical oversight of international tech transfers including all stages of process transfer preparation and execution, coordinating across sites and boundaries in collaboration with network peers to ensure successful outcomes in terms of cost, timeline and customer objectives
* Represent the Global MSAT function working across sites and cross functionally with R&D and PD colleagues to implement innovative and new process technologies to desired timelines
* Make timely and high quality technical decisions, ensuring successful transfer of pre-clinical / commercial projects to network manufacturing sites, identifying and resolving technical challenges and risks as required positively influencing customer project outcomes
* Contribute to the development, implementation and oversight of structured technical and business improvements ensuring continuous improvement in the deployment of a harmonized Tech Transfer process across the network
* Attend and represent company's scientific reputation at customer project meetings in areas of expertise e.g. USP or DSP, CMC, Technical Transfers, process scale up, etc.

Key requirements:
* Master or PhD, preferred area of study: Biological Science, Biochemical Engineering or related field
* Substantial experience with bioprocessing and personally leading technology transfers in the field of expertise e.g. Mammalian cell culture, USP operations, DSP, purification development and GMP manufacturing operations
* Previous experience working across sites, boundaries and functions
* Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively with both internal and external customers at all levels of the organization
* Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
* Demonstrated resilience and can-do attitude
* Fluency in English
