THE POSITION
For our Global Business Services (GBS) Governance and Enabling Solutions team, we are looking for temporary support in the harmonization and revision of relevant service center documentation and other administrative activities until the end of 2023.
You will be able to work predominantly from home, with a flexible schedule (max. 20 hours / week).
This position is limited until 31.12.2023.

Tasks & responsibilities
- In your temporary job, you will be responsible for harmonizing process descriptions, i.e. transferring existing documents into a new, standardized Word template.
- Your duties will also include assisting with the implementation and revision of document content.
- In collaboration with the GBS Center Manila, you will be responsible for coordinating document management on our central repository.
- Furthermore, you will manage the collaboration with colleagues from the different GBS organizations and Center Network to revise documents.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a business administration degree program
- Initial experience in the field of GBS through a previous internship is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, coupled with a sense of responsibility and willingness to work as part of a team
- Understanding of text work as well as good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Teams, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in German and English
