We’re currently hiring a National Sales Manager who’ll be responsible to lead and coach a high-performing and passionate sales team and who is driving customer relationships to the next level to increase market growth in Switzerland.


Responsibilities

  • Leading a fired-up team that is customer and patient-centered 
  • Eager to meet clients and partners (virtually if needed) to increase the understanding of the marketplace and client needs
  • The National Sales Manager will also represent the field function within the internal brand teams as someone who leads and develops the selling model and strategy in an innovative way. As well as supports cross-functional work, identifies opportunities to grow and deliver business results
  • Leverages and drives targeting, incentives, and strong action planning and accountability to further drive volume growth in Switzerland.
  • Develops insights from data in decision-making (e.g. quarterly metric review and action)
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics or Marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership, coaching, and roles in which developing people is required
  • Experience in launching or relaunching new products
  • Experience and understanding in the therapeutic area of gastroenterology, further experience in other fields is a big plus
  • Being Fluent in German and French is a must, in an international company fluent  English is also required
  • Agile working style 
  • Valid driver’s license 
 
The ideal candidate is a passionate driven individual who is well versed in sales and has through their work
in previous leadership and sales roles an excellent understanding of how to lead and drive a fired-up team to succeed.
