Job Details
My Client, a biotech focusing on novel Protein research, is looking for Bioinformatician with a focus on Software Engineering.
The Role
- You support R&D multi-disciplinary teams across the business
- Development of novel algorithms (NGS, Pathway analysis)
- Implementation and Development of dPCR Bioinformatics Software
- Lead frontend and backend development projects supported by external freelancers.
Your Profile
- PHD or (Equivalent + 3 years working experience).
- You're an excellent programmer with very good knowledge of applied statistics
- Tech stack: Python, Django, JavaScript, SQL, Frontend/backend development.
- You have good experience in applying bioinformatics analysis to the wet lab (dPCR, NGS etc).
- You're a team player with great communication skills
