Seeking marketing/sales professionals for a leading healthcare marketing services group in Germany!

This role offers the security and company benefits of a large global group but you would be part of a smaller business unit within the corporation. Allowing you to feel at home within the business and able to be visible and recognised for your performance.

You will be part of a small team of national sales managers, responsible for the sales of both print and digital marketing services to the Pharmaceutical and healthcare companies within Germany. Selling full-service solutions in multi-channel and omni-channel marketing campaigns, you will be able to add value to your clients pharma communications by also offering innovative services such as data protection and consent management.

Your tasks:

  • Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the sales of marketing services solutions in the print and digital sectors in Germany.

  • An important task is the support of existing pharmaceutical and medtech customers. In addition, you know how to inspire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers of other business lines for our marketing services in coordination with the Key Account Management team.

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process and account planning for your customer base - including budget responsibility.

  • As the central point of contact, you advise your customers on all direct marketing issues. Whether target group advice, print mailings and sending samples, Mail2Web campaigns, compliance / risk communication - together with marketing and tech specialists you develop customer-specific solutions.

  • If you are interested in supporting the implementation of service projects in the areas of multi-channel marketing and consent management - perfect!

  • The exchange with account managers, client service and the international marketing service teams is an important aspect of your job. Together they ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. With your customer insights, you also provide important impetus for the further development of the service portfolio.

Your profile:

  • A degree in economics or commercial training with relevant professional experience .

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing and direct marketing .

  • Strong sales skills and able to build and maintain successful long-term customer relationships for sales success.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical direct marketing and project management is a plus. Desire to acquire this know-how is essential.

  • Fluent in presentation and negotiation in German and English.

  • An ambition to achieve set goals !

Ideally you will be located near Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin.
