Document Control Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a Document Control Specialist for a leading biopharmaceutical company located in Waco, TX. This position will primarily be responsible for organizing and maintaining batch filing system in Batch Review Vault as well as printing and scanning release documentation to customers. Other responsibilities include:

Job Responsibility:

• File batch records and batch record release certificates.
• Scan and draft manual certificates for QA to approve.
• Assist other departments and audits with batch record and binder request.
• Possible other duties, as deemed necessary.

Skills and Requirements:

• Systems Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with filing systems and GMP documentation preferred.
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized.
• Detail oriented
