Director of Biostatistics (Methodologist)

I-Pharm have recently partnered with a Global Pharmaceutical organisation to support on their Director of Biostatistics (Methodologist) to join their brand-new safety and analytics unit within the organisation. Due to their unprecedented growth of the business, you will be playing a big role in working with external stakeholders on all statistical topics related to safety and agency queries on key data findings.

Responsibilities of a Director Biostatistics - (Methodologist):

• To lead the validation and description from the hierarchy and being able to provide strategic leadership on clinical safety data.
• Being able to oversee project activities in relation to safety statistics and provide methodologist guidance on the use of the right tools and apply them to the allocated resource project.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders on the quality standards and across therapeutic area.
• To guide biostatisticians on technical support.
• Act as a sole point on contact on topics related on statistics and contribute to process optimisation and on biostatistics guidelines to the relevant authority's agency.

Requirement of a Director Biostatistics - (Methodologist):

• Master's degree in statistics or Mathematics related field.
• Extensive Leadership and project management experience on study related field.
• Extensive experience on Clinical, Methodologist and Safety topics.
• Strong experience working within a pharmaceutical setting involved in Clinical trials development.
• Strong in SAS, R and C-Discs programming experience.
