A leading Global CRO are looking for an Associate Director Statistics to join their Biostatistics and Programming department. What you’ll be doing?

• Working closely with the directors and leadership team in a highly visible role, you will be a key point of contact with the client. Implementing your strong leadership qualities to effectively lead teams working on FSP projects Using your extensive knowledge, acting as the senior reviewer on multiple projects, managing project team resources, budget, finance, timelines and ensuring SOP compliance with appropriate documentation

What can you bring to the table?

• Masters degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field 10+ years of clinical trial experience in Biostatistics 5+ years of leading / managing a team   Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others Superior management skills as shown through management of multiple projects and proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate staff
